Our partner Guilherme França is a new member of the NextGen Executive Committee, an initiative of the International Insolvency Institute (III), a global association that brings together renowned insolvency professionals and academics.

The lawyer, who already served as co-chair of the NextGen Organization Committee, is now a member of the select executive committee, made up of nine professionals representing Norway, the United States, Italy, Greece, Japan and the Cayman Islands.
